The brief.
Easy Start Europe helps international clients obtain Portuguese NIF (tax identification) numbers and open bank accounts remotely — a complex, document-heavy process that was previously handled entirely by hand.
The challenge
The business needed to sell services online and manage sensitive client documents securely, without the overhead of manual coordination. Every step of the process — intake, document upload, status tracking — had to work without staff intervention.
