§ 01 Overview
The brief.
Joomak Banjum is a Michelin-starred Korean tasting menu restaurant in New York City, helmed by chefs Jiho Kim and Kelly Nam. After building a following through successful pandemic-era popups, they needed a permanent digital presence that matched the caliber of the room.
The challenge
The site needed to be elegant but approachable, minimalistic yet warm — a direct reflection of the dining experience. The primary goal was turning website visits into reservation bookings while telling the chefs' story authentically.
