§ 01 Overview
The brief.
Ronin Volleyball, founded by collegiate-level players Kanitha and Courtney, had grown its program faster than its original website could keep up with. The existing site made it hard for parents to find program info, understand coach credentials, or sign up directly.
The challenge
The core issue was friction: too many clicks to get to the right information, and a booking flow that pushed users to a third-party platform before they were ready. The redesign had to simplify navigation, elevate the coaching story, and bring booking in-house.
