Hosting & Infrastructure
We're on call so your team isn't.
Hosting, deployments, monitoring, backups, and uptime. The boring stuff that keeps everything running — handled.
§ 01 Overview
Most small businesses are one server outage away from a bad week. Digital infrastructure isn't exciting, but it's what makes everything else work. We set up, manage, and monitor the technical foundation — so you're not getting a call at 2am because the site is down.
§ 02 How it works
What's involved.
Hosting on the right platform
We deploy to Vercel for Next.js apps, WP Engine or Kinsta for WordPress, and Squarespace hosting for Squarespace sites. Each platform is matched to what you're running — optimised for performance, not convenience.
Automated backups
Daily backups stored off-site. If something goes wrong — a bad plugin update, a botched migration, an accidental deletion — we can restore to a known-good state within the hour.
Uptime monitoring
We monitor your site around the clock. If it goes down, we know before you do. Most issues are resolved before they're visible to your customers.
Deployment pipeline
For custom-built sites, we set up a proper deployment workflow: staging environment, automated builds, and zero-downtime releases. Updates don't mean gambling with your live site.
